Please review the license terms before registering for the Heavenly Soundz Music (HSM) Club.  The royalty-free music being offered in the HSM Club is copyrighted material of Edward Lewis Hanserd through Heavenly Soundz Music.  This agreement grants you unlimited access to music that is licensed by Heavenly Soundz Music for customer use only.  Please see the list of stipulations below.  Please do not join the HSM Club if you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement. You use of any selected tracks warrants that you accept these terms.

• Heavenly Soundz musical tracks may be used only by individuals who have registered for the monthly subscription service.
• Downloaded tracks may be used on multiple computers, provided that every machine is under personal ownership and care of a registered HSM club member.
• There is a $50 cancellation fee that will be added to your final statement if you cancel within 3 months.
• If you choose to cancel your membership to the HSM Club, you are prohibited from using any downloads that were previously purchased.
• There is a $50 registration fee and a $10 per month fee to become a member of the HSM Club, which grants you permission to download unlimited royalty-free music that  may be used for personal and commercial purposes.
